My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The room provided had an initial hiccup as it was occupied, but eventually, I got settled in. The room came equipped with a coffee machine, but there was no coffee available. Despite setting the heat to 80⁰, the room still felt a bit chilly at times.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, close to Oak Brook Centre and other shopping outlets, making it convenient for my needs. However, there were some service issues, especially with the night receptionist Sabrina, who was quite rude. On a positive note, the morning receptionist Heather was lovely and very helpful.

When it came to dining, it was a bit of a hit or miss, with the breakfast being very good but overall, the dining experience being less than desirable.
